Omgeo was formed in 2001 as a wholly owned, global joint venture between the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and Thomson Reuters. Our predecessor companies have over 30 years of experience servicing the world's capital markets; our tenure and proven track record are key differentiators in today’s volatile financial markets.
