Our Board of Managers is a vital part of the ongoing governance and industry oversight of our organization. The members of our board are responsible for representing the interests of all Omgeo's clients. Donald Donahue, Omgeo LLC, is chairman of the board. Firms such as Citigroup, Brown Brothers Harriman, Northern Trust Company, Goldman Sachs & Co., and PIMCO have been pivotal in representing the interests of all Omgeo's clients as decisions about the strategy, governance and operations are made.
