Kara Hill, CCEP Managing Director, Governance, Risk Management & Compliance Kara Hill manages Omgeo’s Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance Programs. Ms. Hill leads a global team to advance the company’s control infrastructure designed to mitigate risk across various domains, ensure business continuity preparedness and drive compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies and controls. Ms. Hill joined Omgeo in 2000. Prior to joining Omgeo, Ms. Hill held various positions in Finance with Lockheed Martin and Hallmark Cards. Ms. Hill is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional and received a BS degree in Finance from Boston College.
